We send worldwide! If you are ordering a large number of items, contact us and we may be able to offer you a better shipping rate. Most items will be shipped out same or next business day.
Delivery at a collection point:
You can choose to have your order delivered to a collection point of bpost or Mondial relay (some countries). We ship automatically to the nearest point, depending on your address. If you still want to choose a different pick-up point, you can do this via an email shortly after your order. As soon as your order has arrived at the chosen collection point, you will receive an email from Bpost or Mondial Relay. You have 14 days from this moment to pick up your order.
If you want to return something, you can do this through these conditions:
- You have 30 days to return something, starting from the moment you received the product(s).
- If you want to return something, you do this within 30 days and you pay the shipping costs.
- The product(s) must be in the same condition as we sent them.
- When we receive these products we will refund the price .
- We do not refund the shipping costs.

-If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If this happens you will get your money back.
